I dont know how they sleep at night, but this business has no right taking the lives of others into their hands for a profit. I hope they pay for all of the damage they have done to their tenants over the years. I was provided with several pictures of the property as well as follow up pictures from the property manager just before move in for transparency of working appliances, lights, etc. However, when I moved in, I discovered a severely overgrown area in my backyard.

Our master bedroom window area inside began caving and crumbling in august. No one even bothered to contact me or to do anything until I sent an email after attempting to reach them multiple times by phone and through the service portal for months. The mold is excessively bad, the other rooms have water damage all the drywall and baseboards from likely foundation issues according to a contractor they send out, and the ceiling fixtures are also growing mold.

As of November 22nd, the leak has not been repaired, and we remain without the use of a washing machine.

I asked multiple times to get this addressed and I was told the same thing -- my responsibility. Furthermore, my back door does not have a blind or any type of covering on it. There are several houses that sit at lower and higher levels that can see through the back door window at night. I put in a request for a blind or covering and was told since it was a back door that it was not necessary but I could gladly put a blind on if I wanted. The Company has received and reviewed the following BBB Complaint. We have escalated this matter to our local team, which has contacted the Complainant.
Our local team reviewed the move-out paperwork, and in a continued effort to provide superior customer service and ensure resident satisfaction, the Company revised some of the charges on November 30, 2022. The Complainant should receive a refund within 1-2 weeks. The matter is resolved to the satisfaction of both the Complainant and the Company. We have escalated this matter to our local team, which has contacted the Complainant on December 7, 2022.

The mold company that came out confirmed extensive moisture present and damage in three rooms, the garage and the ceiling. Now the company is hiring a different contractor to reseal the window , pressure wash the stucco outside, and caulk and paint baseboards. We have a 5 year old who has been sick with multiple unexplainable respiratory issues since last December. He is currently Ill with bronchitis and not getting better. This worsened when the mold was fully exposed Monday due to inspections. These people have no intentions of fixing the issue and getting rid of the mold.
